Meetings are always open to public attendance and participation. From STPGOV.org: "Public comments regarding items on the [Council] Agendas may be submitted during the respective meetings by calling in to the Audio Bridge Conference Call ID # which will be posted to the Parish website 24 hours prior to the meeting dates.
Email comments regarding items on the [Council] Agendas may be submitted to the Council Office at council@stpgov.org no later than [2 hours before the start of the meeting]. The Council Clerk will read all comments submitted by e-mail into the record in reference to the relevant Agenda item. For questions regarding these Council Meetings, please call the Council Office at 985-898-2591."
For public comment regarding items on the Planning, Zoning, or Board of Adjustments Agendas, please attend the meetings or you may submit your comments by calling 985-898-2529 prior to the respective meeting.
